Privacy policy

How we handle the data that reaches us through the contact and booking form.

We respect your privacy. This page explains, in general terms, what data we collect through the contact and booking form on the Easy Marriage Law website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

The data we collect

When you fill in the consultation booking or contact form, we receive what you type yourself:

  • Your full name and nationality.
  • Your phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Your email address, if you choose to give it.
  • The service you need and the branch closest to you.
  • Any details you add in your message.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we keep your number and the content of the conversation only as far as needed to follow up your request.

Why we use your data

We use your data to reply to you, arrange your consultation and follow up your request. We don’t use it for any other purpose, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the firm sees it. We don’t share it with any outside party, except as far as needed to carry out your request with your agreement, or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep your data

We keep form data for as long as needed to reply to you and carry out your request. If your request becomes a file with us, we keep it for the period that professional and legal rules require. If it doesn’t become a file, we delete your data once we no longer need it.

How to ask us to delete your data

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Contact us on the number below, and give the name and phone number you entered in the form so we can find your request. We reply as soon as we can, and we delete whatever we are not legally required to keep.
